DENISE HOPKINS-RACING SECRETARY
Denise is like a mum to the yard. She is always cheerfull, and Milton would be lost without her. Denise loves jump racing, and is as passionate about the horses as the rest of the team. The staff have no worries about approaching Denise to help them, she will go out of her way to help anyone.
SAM GEFFRAY-ASSISTANT TRAINER
Sam started working for Milton in 2004 he left Miltons in 2008 to gain more experience. But has since joined Miltons team again in Febuary 2010. He has been in racing for over half his life. Held his licience on the flat in France as a youngster. Unfortunately a growth spurt meant he wasn't light enough to continue. Sam had originally always worked on flat racing yards. But since meeting Milton his passion for Jump racing has overtaken, his experience is in-valuble. He has always worked closely with the vets and has a vast knowledge on the medical side which is always important.
CHARLIE POSTE-STABLE JOCKEY
Charlie joined us after riding on the flat as an apprentice riding winners for amongst others Richard Fahey. He then switched to jumps when, like the trainer his weight increased! Charlie has made very good progress in the last couple of seasons and is a very popular member of the team, and always willing to help the younger staff learn and progress.

Papou has been with Milton for 5 years. He is a great man to have on the ground. He handles the naughty horses very well, and will always help when asked.
SHAHEEN IQBAL (EAGLE) -GROOM
SLAWEK SROKA - YARD MAINTAINANCE
As well as yard maintainance Slawek occasionaly drives Miltons lorry to the races. He can pretty much put his hand to anything (except riding).
SIAN GEFFRAY-RIDER
Sian is married to Sam, they have been together for 11 years and have 2 children. She has been in racing for 11 years, she is good on the nervous ones, she enjoys trying to settle and relax them. Sian just rides out in the mornings as she is busy with the children. Sian is currently learning Sports Massage for horses with Mary Bromiley. She is hoping once qualified to join the team as the physio.
ED TELFER-GROOM (schooling jockey)
Ed has worked for Flat and Jump trainers in the past. He learnt alot about schooling horses when working for Paul Nicholls, so is in-valuable to have around. He is fun to have around, and a good quiet rider. Ed rides Channinbar on a daily basis, so we can all thank him for bringing him back into form.
HEATHER-GROOM
Heather has been in racing for a long time, she is a very accomplished rider, she works very hard in the yard and at the races. She is a good person to have on the yard as she is welcoming to new staff and always trys to help people.
TODD-GROOM
Todd has only been riding racehorses for 5 months, before this he had not sat on a horse, so does very well. He is improving everyday.
JOHN (GREENARMY)-RIDER AND GALLOP MAN
John became part of Miltons team when Milton moved to Herridge. He maintains the Gallops on a daily basis. He also rides out when we need him. He rides very well, and spoild his horses rotten. He often gets his pockets destroyed from the horses hunting for there daily polos!
JURI-GROOM
Juri has only recently joined the team. He is a good rider, and very hardworking. We are looking forward to getting to know Juri better.
DILLON AND MANNIE GEFFRAY-MINI MILTONS
Dillon and Mannie are Sam and Sians boys. They enjoy being around the yard, and going with milton up the gallops. They are often in Miltons house raiding his sweet draw and eating his buscuits!
