A big strong individual purchased from the same owner breeder as 'Mondul'. Won twice from 7 starts in his native germany before turning his attentions to the winter game where he won first time out for his new owners at Stratford despite doing everything in his power to lose the race under a frustrated paddy Brennan! He again teamed up with paddy Brennan at Aintree where he got beaten a neck in a decent contest. Fate then intervened when he sustained a serious injury where early indications suggested he may not recover from. However over two years later he has, and ran his best race since his return last time out when finishing 2nd over 2mile 1f at Sedgefield, where he was unlucky to come up against an improving horse from the ferdy Murphy yard who has won 3 out of his last 4 starts. Hopefully he will continue to progress and repay his owners patience with the success they deserve.
